I Vote, I Count!
Mission of I Vote, I Count Campaign:
To empower Alaskans with disabilities and other Alaska Mental Health Trust beneficiaries to become active voters and part of the political process by eliminating voting barriers, promoting awareness of the voting process and helping people access their right to vote.
Updates
The Presidential election is over but our responsibility to stay involved in the democratic process is not...we need to continue to encourage on-going registration and participation in Municipal & State elections. To be an effective advocate and to influence public policy, you must be a registered voter & an active voter.
Policymakers know whether you have voted or not, so if you want your voice to be heard...VOTE!. Lets facilitate the process by making sure Mental Health Trust Beneficiaries, family members, caregivers, and anyone else interested or involved in the"issues" we are currently facing, within the state of Alaska, are registered voters & actively involved in the voting process.
If you would like more information on voter accomodations or assisting others to register & vote, please contact Tammy Peria or Kathy Fitzgerald You can make a difference by helping ALL Alaskans participate in the democratic process...
